Fred Betito is the founder of Steady Consulting, serving as our CEO. With more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, Mr. Betito has deep expertise in business transformation, and has served global and multinational Fortune 500 companies across the consumer products, retail, and manufacturing industries. Mr Betito has always had a passion for people and a talent for match making.

Before founding Steady Consulting, Mr. Betitio was Principal, Strategy & Operations at Archstone Consulting (European IT Lead), prior to that Mr. Betito was a Senior Director at Levi’s Strauss & Company in San Francisco, a Senior Manager at KPMG Consulting in Miami/Philadelphia and started his career at Dow Chemical in France/Belgium.

Mr. Betito holds a Master Degree in Business and IT from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis in France.
